How hiring works

- Our HR team reads every application and replies when there is a match.
- Shortlisted candidates are invited to campus to meet the team and teach a sample lesson.
- Teaching posts need your qualification certificates and two referees at the interview stage.
- All staff are subject to child-safeguarding checks before they start. Child safety comes first here.
